We gather for a night of steak tasting. The first in a dinner series that will let us explore various cuts of meat consisting ofexamples from prime to waygu. This night will be unique, an exploration of what we hold most dear to any carnivore....the almight beast, our sacred beef. We will start with passed, we will then go to a "salad" course of beef.
