Get your bike up and running again or checked for any necessary repairs to make sure your bike is safe to ride! Book your 20-minute 'Safety Check & Check' slot and simply bring your bike along. Our friendly mechanic will carry out a 35-point safety inspection and make minor adjustments to brakes and gears where needed. You’re more than welcome to stay and ask questions and pick up tips while we work on your bike. During the session the mechanic can replace brake/gears cables and brake pads where required at no additional cost. At the end of the session the mechanic will provide a report on your bike with recommendations for any further work required. This event is for Eddington residents, staff, students and parents of children based in UCPS and the nursery only. Please confirm your connection to Eddington upon checkout. You can find us at the Eddington Market Square under a red Outspoken Cycles gazebo. Please arrive promptly at the beginning and end of your slot to drop off/collect your bike. Sessions are normally fully booked and we can't guarantee to see your bike if you are late. An Introduction to Lino Printing with Zoe Ansari! Sat, Feb 15, 2025, at 10:00 AM at Storey's Field Centre in Cambridge, UK for a fun and creative workshop with Zoe Ansari. Zoe has several years of experience working with Lino printing and has exhibited in galleries around the South East of England. She has run workshops for David Parr House and Tindals in Cambridge which have been very well received. You can see more of her work at: www.ansariprints.co.uk. In this one-day workshop, you will follow all the processes to design, carve and print your lino block.
