Outdoor fun for the entire family. Not ready for longer distances or just want to measure your current speed and fitness level? Bundle up and join us for a Freez'n Fun Run (or roll or stroll) on the paved roads in beautiful Bowring Park. All runners will receive a medal and an official time. Look for the the City of St. John's tent and the start/finish line located at the West Gate. The Everyone Welcome 2km race starts at 9:30 a.m., Kids (12 and under) 500m race starts at 10:00 a.m. and the Family 500m race starts at 10:15 a.m. Bib pick-up on site15 minutes prior to race time.
