Soul Flight Seattle | Washington Hall

May 18, 2025 (UTC-7)ENDED
Seattle
Cultural Experiences
Join us for a 3 hour Shamanic Immersion into the power of journeying with Ceremonial Cacao, Restorative Breath and Sacred Sounds. Soul Flight is a transformational sound journey. Multi instrumentalist Tim Morrison Live Loops Sacred sounds with an array of instruments and his voice to take you on a deep Shamanic sound journey. Lie back, relax and let the sounds take you on a deep journey inward. The journey begins with a Cacao ceremony to open the door of our heart, allowing us to step through, discovering all of its mysteries, ready to embrace the space of openness and pure love. It gives us the opportunity to focus on intention, reverence and greater purpose. It is followed by a gentle restorative breathwork that focuses on deepening relaxation, before we enter into a deep sound Immersion. You can expect to hear multiple layers of Sacred instruments played with intention to create a meditative space that evokes deep transformation, personal healing and so much more. As the sounds move their way through our nervous system we receive emotional clearing, changes in our mind, a deep inward focus, journeys where we can receive guidance, insight healing, transformation and so much more. Sound has the potential to dissolve and transmute any negative or heavy energies as the frequencies of the Sacred sound brings us up into a higher vibrational state and in doing so all that does not match this frequency, will naturally fall away. Combining ceremonial Cacao, Breath and Sacred sounds gives us a truly powerful and unique combination. A gentle heart expanding ceremony guided by the power of sound and Cacao. Sacred sounds guide you to release, realign and anchor into who you are. Join the experience to discover that there is far more to consciousness than what resides in the physical body. Are you ready to reconnect to feel the depth of who you are? To truly feel your soul pulsating inside of you? Together we sit in ceremony, we connect and we journey into our heart space. Surrendering gently into the process and enabling the sacred sounds to wash through us transmuting all that no longer serves. The great gift of combining Ceremonial Cacao and Sacred sounds is that they are both high vibrational energy tools. They both enable you to release, realign and rejuvenate with ease and grace. They both gently carry away what no longer serves from a deep internal journey. As we drop deeper into ourselves the sounds relax us deeper and deeper, with no need for the body to activate a cathartic release but rather a deeply meditative, nurturing and nourishing journey. The power of sound has been known for aeons but science is only just beginning to showcase it. It is one that you just receive first hand for yourself and the experience speaks for itself. It has the potential to move and positively impact our entire being. Suitable for all levels and backgrounds. You will be provided with a deeply transformative and supported space and tools to take home with you to use day to day. REMINDER * Stay away from caffeine on the day of ceremony * Eat a light breakfast * Bring a Yoga Mat * Bring a water bottle * Bring a mug for your Cacao * Wear comfy clothes * Bring any comfy blankets or cushions you wish to prop yourself up with * Bring an eye mask if you wish * Bring a notepad and pen in case you wish to journal any insights or guidance you receive during ceremony Refund Policy * STRICT CANCELLATION/ NO REFUND POLICY WITHIN 7 DAYS OF THE EVENT * Tickets may be transferred to someone else but this is up to the ticket holder to organise. SPIRITUS Seattle | Washington Hall

May 18, 2025 (UTC-7)ENDED
Seattle
Cultural Experiences
Join us for SPIRITUS A deep journey inwards working with the power of our Breath to access altered states of consciousness. This provides healing and integration of our nervous system, physical and emotional bodies and creates the space to remember who we truly are as whole beings. As we breathe in a connected way, we come into our own rhythm, we access our bodies own innate healing power. Our body remembers what our mind forgets. Our body holds on to past memories, emotions and trauma. When we breathe deep and connected we give ourselves permission to release these suppressed energies from our body, we are able to let go and dissolve all that is no longer ours to hold any more. And when we do so, we create spaciousness and freedom from within. This is a personal healing journey. Spiritus is a system where we use breath, sound and movement to release stuck, heavy energies from the body to create freedom and liberation within. During the breathwork you will receive energetic healing and body work to allow the body to shift and move so that you may find harmony within. ————————————————————————————————————————— This session is for you if you are looking for: - Deeper connection to yourself and wanting to awaken within - Enhanced sense of self, self love, harmony and vitality - Heart expansion - Release of old baggage, trauma, suppressed emotions and to shift negative behavioural patterns - Increased fulfilment, vitality and joy - Remembering of innate wisdom - Reducing stress - Physiological healing - 70% of toxins are released from the lungs through the breath - A boost to your immune system, health and overall wellbeing - Greater alignment to your purpose and increased positive abundance - Greater connection to life - Open to your higher self Safety is of utmost importance for SPIRITUS.
