Outdoor New Moon Yoga, Guided Meditation & Sound Bath | 33471 George Ferguson Way, Abbotsford, BC, Canada
Jul 23, 2025 (UTC-7)
Abbotsford
Come & join us at Moon Healing Center in Abbotsford, 33471 George Ferguson Way in celebrating the New Moon on Wednesday, July 23th @ 6-8pm through a New Moon Yoga,
We’ll begin our New Moon class with some gentle teaching before moving into an active yet nurturing hatha yoga sequence. This will be followed by a guided meditation with chakra singing bowls and a closing circle gathering.
The choice of a hatha yoga routine during the New Moon phase is intentional — this lunar phase often brings lower energy levels, inviting us to slow down and restore. Just as the moon dims to replenish its light, we too are called to turn inward, reduce external output, and reconnect with our inner world.
Our yoga practice will include forward folds, which support this introspective state by calming the nervous system, easing anxiety, and physically encouraging the body to surrender. These postures help us create space within — perfect for clearing old energy and preparing fertile ground for our New Moon intentions.
The guided meditation and sound bath using chakra singing bowls will deepen this inner journey. The vibrational tones help harmonize the energy centers, release emotional blockages, and quiet mental chatter, allowing you to access deeper clarity, peace, and alignment with your intentions.
Lori will guide the group through all phases of the evening: teachings, yoga, sound, and meditation.
Weather permitting, we’ll gather outside in my beautiful, tree-lined backyard for a serene, nature-filled class experience under the sky.
Investment of $25
Please arrive 5-10 minutes early so ensure we start on time.

Outdoor New Moon Yoga & Guided Meditation | 33471 George Ferguson Way, Abbotsford, BC, Canada
Jul 25, 2025 (UTC-7)
Abbotsford
Come & join us at Moon Healing Center in Abbotsford, 33471 George Ferguson Way in celebrating the New Moon on Friday, July 25th @ 6-7:30pm through a New Moon Yoga & Guided Meditation.
We'll commence the class with some teaching before transitioning into an active and revitalizing hatha yoga sequence. This will be followed by a meditation session and culminate in a circle gathering. The choice of a hatha yoga routine during the New Moon phase is strategic as it aligns with the lower energy levels often experienced during this time, prompting us to slow down and recharge, much like the moon itself. It's fascinating because we are essentially mirroring the moon's natural rhythm. The moon dims its luminosity to replenish its energy, encouraging us to follow suit by reducing our outward expressions. Our focus will revolve around directing our awareness inward, fostering introspection through the practice of forward folds. This approach will establish the foundation for nurturing and planting intentions during the later meditation segment. The New Moon marks an ideal moment for fresh beginnings and setting intentions.
Lori will lead the group through teachings, yoga and a guided meditation.
If the weather allows, we’ll gather outside in my beautiful, tree-lined backyard for a peaceful, nature-filled class experience.
Investment of $25

Hastings UK Workshop - Starseeds and 5D Abundance | The Humble Hub
Jul 26, 2025 (UTC+1)
Saint Leonards
A three-hour workshop with Steve Nobel & Liz Findlay to awaken and embody more of your innate abundance, activating your 5D Golden Flow!
Starseeds have incarnated as Alchemists-Magicians, pioneers in consciousness, map makers and way-showers helping to birth a New Earth. Join us on this 3-hour workshop in St Leonards in Hastings UK to clear energetic blocks, scarcity patterning, and all related issues with your relationship to abundance, then opening to the flow of money and success (however you define that for yourself). This is all part of the shift from 3D consciousness to 5D consciousness and this involves mastering Abundance.
What is Abundance?
Abundance can mean different things depending on one’s level of awakening, consciousness, and frequency. On a 3D level, it usually equates with competition, money and material acquisition. On a 4D level it is about mastering the various elements of manifesting. On a 5D level, it is more about stabilising in the energetic flow of play, fun, joy, love, support, opportunities and just pure delight. Abundance is not just money but often includes it.
We Live in an Abundant Universe.
Nature is abundant; just look at the Sun giving us unlimited energy and light without ever invoicing any of us. However, most of us carry energetic blocks and programming that affect us. These can come from our experiences in other lifetimes and can be inherited through our bloodlines/ancestry. We may be affected by vows of poverty, such as when we or an ancestor joined a religious order. We may also be affected by scarcity programming and thinking, such as "to be abundant means we cannot be spiritual". Abundance is our birthright. At this time there are many tools and techniques to help clear and release all such vows and inherited limitations.
Why is Money Such a Problem for Many?
Concerning money, there is a lot of collective anxiety, fear, anger and shame around the topic. There are billions of people very embedded in the 3D Matrix that are currently living in survival-mode. Many Starseeds even feel that money is "dirty", or for some, it has been a taboo subject within their families. For many centuries, the choice for most people is that your either pursue a material life or a spiritual life. There was no way to combine the two. For many lifetimes, there was a point of renouncing worldly goods and possessions. That time is now over! Money is just Energy. Your mission in this lifetime is to master money as energy in order that you can live spiritually, comfortably, happily and abundantly.
Starseeds are 5D Alchemist-Magicians.
Your soul contains many experiences and is working across many lifetimes, time, space and dimensions, including this 3D dimension (which is now shifting to 5D). You have lived many lifetimes experiencing great wealth and abundance. Your have lived many lifetimes where you have mastered manifesting abundance and Divine Flow. Now is a good time to expand your mindset around what is possible for you in this lifetime. Part of this is to shift away from lower frequencies of fear, lack, scarcity, greed, resentment etc, and to embrace higher frequencies of love, joy, happiness, gratitude, enthusiasm, flow, wonder, bliss and so on. Together it is possible to create an abundant Heaven on Earth.
This is an in-person workshop for 3 hours in St Leonards-on-Sea in Hastings, UK, and you need to be able to attend the full duration
. Please make sure you arrive at least 15 minutes before we start.
Tickets must be purchased through Eventbrite in advance. No ticket sales at the door. Please see below under "Important Information" for what your ticket includes.
OVERVIEW:
During this workshop, we will explore how Starseeds can awaken and embody more of their innate abundance through practical exercises, an attunement, and a meditation transmission. These are all designed to support you through releasing what is ready to be released, and then activating what is ready to blossom within you. In particular, we will focus on processes dedicated to help you begin clearing limiting programs, blocks and agreements in order to open you more powerfully to the emerging possibilities on the 5D Ascending planet. During this workshop, we will be releasing/transforming all that is ready to leave and/or be upgraded in your reality. These can be minor and major shifts in our reality that align us to the natural state of an abundant Universe.

If you feel you are unable to go without alcohol for the duration of this event then we ask you kindly not to book a ticket. Queer Game Night | Boardwalk Cafe and Games
Jul 27, 2025 (UTC-7)
Abbotsford
Abbotsford needs more Queer-friendly spaces and events, and while we pride ourselves on always being a safe space, we wanted to extend that even further.
On the last Sunday of every month, it will be Queer Game Night from 5pm-10pm. We'll have someone there, usually Alex(he/him/she/her) as a coordinator, as well as sticker nametags and markers for you to write your name and pronouns on.
All who identify within the 2SLGBTQ+ banner, as well as allies of course, are welcome. This is a safe space to express yourself with like-minded individuals, people who will welcome you and alow you to feel safe to be yourself, when often we don't always feel that way.
There is no additional cost for this event, just the regular cover charge ($8, reflected in the ticket price)
This event is held in support of the Binary Freedom Foundation, to which 50% of all cover charges are donated.

FAQs
Who is this activity for?
This mission is an interactive self-led experience best played in a small group.
The game has been developed for families with children aged 8 to 12 years old, but younger children and older players will still enjoy the mission. An adult is required to be present throughout the experience.
Just one £5 ticket is required to play with a group of up to 6 people.
How does it work?
The mission begins in our foyer and then takes players around our new exhibition MI5: Official Secrets and comprises a series of challenges which need to be solved to proceed to the next stage. Each challenge highlights records, photographs and stories featured in the exhibition helping you to learn about the history of MI5 along the way.
The mission is introduced through a short video from the head of the Ministry of Time Travel and our welcome staff will help you get started.
What should I bring?
The mission requires the use of an adult’s smartphone (with a data plan or connected to The National Archives WiFi).
How long does it take?
The experience will take about 30 minutes, but the duration will vary in length based on the speed of the players.
What do I do when I arrive?
You should arrive at The National Archives on your selected date and ten minutes in advance of your booked slot. You will be sent instructions by email 30 minutes before you scheduled start time explaining how to begin your mission.
The adventure is self-initiated and self-led, so please begin at your set time.
Parts of the mission will bring your group into contact with The National Archive staff stationed around the building.
What if I get stuck?
Welcome staff are available at all times to assist you with any issues you may experience or questions you have.
Can you provide audio transcripts?
The videos you need to watch onsite can viewed with captions. If you require transcripts of the audio elements of the game, please let our welcome staff know and they will happily provide this for you.
I have other questions...
If you or your child would like to understand more about what happens in the mission before booking/arriving, please let us know by emailing boxoffice@nationalarchives.gov.uk, and we can supply you with an overview.
