Step into an evening created to bring you back to yourself through movement, breath, and sound. Join us at Harvest Studio for a unique Yin Yang Yoga & Root Chakra Sound Bath experience designed to help you feel grounded, restored, and deeply reconnected. In the busyness of daily life, it is easy to feel scattered, stressed, and disconnected from the body. This gathering offers a space to slow down, reset your nervous system, and nourish yourself from the inside out.
The evening will begin with a gentle Yin Yang Yoga practice guided by Pauline. Yin Yang Yoga blends two complementary styles of movement: the softer, slower, meditative qualities of Yin with the strengthening, energizing flow of Yang. This balance allows you to both release tension and build vitality, creating harmony between effort and ease. Through mindful movement, supported stretches, and breath awareness, the practice will guide you into a state of calm presence while helping open the body and quiet the mind.
Our focus for the evening is the Root Chakra, the energetic center associated with stability, safety, grounding, and trust. When this chakra is balanced, we often feel more secure, steady, confident, and connected to life. When out of balance, we may experience anxiety, restlessness, fear, or emotional heaviness. Through intentional movement, breathwork, and grounding practices, this session is designed to help awaken and support the energy of the Root Chakra so you can leave feeling more centred and supported.
Following the yoga practice, you will be invited to rest comfortably and to receive a live sound bath from Mike and Parya, their first collaboration with Pauline. Using healing instruments such as crystal singing bowls, chimes, gongs, and other resonant sounds, the space will be filled with soothing vibrations that help calm the nervous system and bring the mind into stillness. Sound healing can support deep relaxation, emotional release, mental clarity, and an overall sense of inner peace.
This special collaboration brings together three practitioners, each offering their own gifts to create an immersive, heart-centred experience. The union of yoga and sound healing allows the benefits of movement and stillness to work together—opening the body first, then guiding you into a deeper meditative state through sound.
Whether you are feeling stressed, energetically drained, emotionally heavy, or simply in need of a peaceful reset, this evening is an invitation to slow down and receive. No prior yoga or sound bath experience is needed. All are welcome. Come as you are, and leave feeling lighter, calmer, and more rooted within yourself.
