Experience the Tandem Throw: Pottery Date Night in Erie, PA. This exciting event is perfect for couples, friends, and families looking for a fun and creative evening. Hosted at the Erie ClaySpace, located at 1505 State Street, this workshop allows participants to learn pottery wheel techniques both individually and in tandem. The date night is open to all, including friends, families, partners, spouses, dates, and co-workers. Emphasizing inclusivity, the workshop offers a pottery date for two people, allowing participants to create a beautiful piece of artwork together.
Under the guidance of instructor Jess Simmons, attendees will have the opportunity to work on the pottery wheel individually before collaborating with their partner. With multiple options for glaze colors, couples can create 2-4 unique pottery pieces. The instructor will handle the glazing and firing process, with all completed work available for pickup 2-4 weeks after the workshop. This unique experience not only offers an enjoyable evening but also provides a permanent piece of artwork to celebrate the bond between partners.
