Join us for an unforgettable day of fitness at the PureGym Wimbledon Fitness Throwdown! This team-based event will challenge you with a mix of weightlifting and HYROX-style training to test your strength, endurance, and teamwork. Teams of four will go head-to-head through a series of high-intensity workouts designed to push your limits, concluding with a team weightlifting challenge — accumulate 10 minutes of thruster time as a team. The weight increases progressively with each round, pushing your strength to the limit. Whether you're a seasoned athlete or a fitness enthusiast, this is the perfect opportunity to showcase your skills in a supportive and fun environment. After the competition, we’ll be hosting a social drinks session where you can unwind, celebrate, and connect with other participants. And did we mention prizes? A hamper of prizes will be awarded at the social drinks to the teams that give it their all!
