This is an all levels-practice, open to all bodies. Featuring: -Yoga led by Jessie Marks: Long time yoga instructor teaching Yin, Restorative and Vinyasa flow as well as an Esalen-trained massage therapist. Currently, she teaches and offers bodywork at the Esalen Institute one week per month while also offering her services in the Bay Area. Jessie is a singer/songwriter in the Bay Area-blending all her interests into community building. -Live music by Géraldine Le Roux: Géraldine is a musician, DJ, somatic practitioner, and endlessly curious human who loves to create immersive sound experiences. Blending playfulness with depth, she seeks to ignite creativity and expression in others, in the hopes that all beings may nurture their unique giftsand share them bountifully. -Reiki offered by Hanna Haas : Reiki practitioner, holistic aesthetician, and intuitive soul known for her gentle and warm presence. She is also a gifted heart centered folk singer/songwriter of the Bay Area. Emmet Grahn is a plant communicator, community herbalist and magic maker. She offers hands on plant spirit healings where she acts as a bridge and a guide between worlds, bringing the medicine of the plants forth to the humans, inviting us to deepen our relationships with them - "They have so much to teach us, we just need to listen with our hearts and souls and they’re right there."
