Therapeutic Nature Experience for Human Services Workers Join us for a rejuvenating therapeutic nature experience at Buckingham Park ! This event is designed specifically for human services workers to recharge and connect with nature and each other. Take a break from your busy schedule and immerse yourself in the calming beauty of the outdoors. This session will be focused on Phenology as a Mindfulness Practice. This is a unique opportunity to prioritize self-care and mental well-being with other people who have dedicated their lives to helping. What To Bring Please bring a small notebook and pen, this is essential for our Phenology practice! Appropriate shoes, water, and anything else you feel you might need to stay safe and comfortable in nature. It is recommended to download the Inaturalist app on your phone.
