Sadly, even cases involving officers have often lacked proper accountability, leaving families and community members searching for closure. The Birth of a Fallen Legacy project emerged as a way to heal and bring together the community. By highlighting the stories and legacies of those who have fallen victim to police violence through art, we aim to challenge and reshape the media narrative.
