The exhibition Salvador Dalì, between art and myth, dedicated to the great master of surrealism, organized by Navigare in partnership with Difesa Servizi, a company of the Ministry of Defense, with the aim of enhancing the Museums of the Italian Army and set up by the curator of international exhibitions Vincenzo Sanfo, with the support of an international committee, was presented. The exhibition will be open from January 25 to July 27, 2025 at the Historical Museum of the Italian Army Infantry, and is sponsored by the Lazio Region, Rome Capital - Department of Culture Italy and Oficina Cultural de la Embajada de España.

Trame di Luce is a light art show that attracts millions of visitors to the most important city in Europe and the world. The path consists of light installations with a different theme each year, in harmony with the nature of the Botanical Gardens.
This year's theme "New Lights for Christmas" has inspired national and international artists and attracted groups of students and professors from several of Italy's most prestigious universities and training schools.

You will need to be at the venue by 10pm to sign up and pick your slot. Your stage time will be 10 minutes (two/three songs). Competition: To promote this Open Mic we decided to organise a music competition. It will be 100% audience vote so bring as many people as you can to support you! Free entry. Roma Pittrice is curated by Ilaria Miarelli Mariani and Raffaella Morselli, with the collaboration of Ilaria Arcangeli. The exhibition introduces to the general public, through 130 works (some on public display for the first time), 56 artists, of which only a few were already well known.The first work to welcome visitors is the Portrait of an Artist. It depicts an unidentified still life painter at work, all the tools of her trade in full display, looking straight at the viewer. It is attributed to Pietro Paolini, but one wonders how such an intimate portrait is not the sitter’s self-portrait.

The exhibition tells the story of the Ludovisi era: Ludovico Ludovisi, the Doge of the Papal States, was responsible for the construction of the famous family villa, Villa Ludovisi, and Alessandro Ludovisi, who built the Villa Ludovisi between 1621 and 1623. Pope Gregory XV was a very short-lived pope, between the most famous Roman dynasties of Borghese and Barberini.
It is brought to life through the poetics of the great Italian Baroque painter Giovanni Francesco Barbieri, known as "Il Guercino" (Cento, 1591 - Bologna, 1666).

Tre donne in scena, tradizionalmente relegate a ruoli marginali nella storia di Enea, raccontano la loro fine. Didone, regina di Cartagine, rivive il suo tragico suicidio; Creusa si dissolve nei fumi di Troia in fiamme, mentre Lavinia, la giovane compagna di Enea, affronta un futuro incerto, destinata a governare in solitudine un regno e la cui storia - morto Enea - non compare più nelle parole dei poeti. La scena diventa un palcoscenico per l'improvvisazione, in cui i corpi materici delle protagoniste raccontano storie dimenticate, scardinando la tradizione omerica e virgiliana. Strutturata secondo i principi dell'Action Theatre, la pièce si avvale di una drammaturgia fluida e radicata nell’improvvisazione di testo e movimento dell’ensemble, dove gli esiti fisici e testuali emergono in modo organico, simile a un dialogo jazzistico. Le parti - non assegnate - trovano di volta in volta i loro corpi e i movimenti scenici impostati su un canovaccio espressivo e un vocabolario coreografico condiviso si sviluppano nell’hic et nunc della performance sul palcoscenico. In questo viaggio evocativo, si riscrive una narrazione epica non solo attraverso le parole, ma anche attraverso le esperienze vive delle tre donne che, finalmente, ascoltano la propria voce raccontare la storia di cui sono protagoniste.
