Crossfit On-Ramp A 4-week program led by our experienced coaches to help you learn all the essential skills to start your CrossFit journey. Starting Monday the 30th of September you will complete 3 classes per week; -Monday @7:30pm -Tuesday @7:30am or 7pm -Wednesday @7pm Friday @9:30am is also available for you to catch up on any On-Ramp classes missed throughout the week. In addition, you will have access to Thursday’s CrossFit Cardio @5.30pm (a machine-based class), and a Saturday class @10am which will be a team workout.
