We can’t wait to dance with you! Meet Your Instructor: Allison McKayAllison is a Bay Area Latin dance instructor & coach with years of experience teaching and performing. She blends her background as a Mindset Coach, Somatic Healer, Spiritual Mentor, and former engineer to create transformative and fun dance experiences. Her unique approach to movement fosters confidence, connection, and empowerment, making every class a celebration of self-expression. Whether it’s through dance or mindset coaching, Allison is passionate about helping individuals and couples tap into their authentic selves and create lasting joy. FAQs:What should I wear? Comfortable clothing and shoes with flat, slippery bottoms are best. What if I’ve never danced before? No experience? No problem! This class is designed for beginners. Do I need a partner? Come solo, with a partner, or in a group! We’ll rotate partners so everyone gets a chance to dance, but you can choose to stick with one partner if you prefer. Enjoy San Francisco's newest social spa, Alchemy Springs' Sauna garden. Our outdoor oasis features a large 40 person outdoor communal sauna with immersive sound and lights, cold plunges, fire pit, thermal benches and outdoor shower wall - designed by award winning architect, Olle Lundberg. * As we're still in development, we have temporary changing rooms and lockers, and outdoor open-air showers only. * Please bring your own towels, robe and sandals for this experience. We have a limited quantity for rent upon check in - subject to availability. * Please note that Alchemy Springs enforces a clothing-required policy. This class solidifies the skills learned in the previous classes. Emphasis will be on fine-tuning the technique of the improvisers and working on specific skills such as performance, related styles, exploring the Harold and long-form work and finding limits of the art of Improv. Get on your feet. Time: Sundays for eight (8) weeks, 1:00pm-3:30pm NOTE: Attendance at the first session of your course is mandatory as it sets the agenda for the entire quarter. If you think you will have to miss the first class, please consider registering for the next quarter. Location: Market Theatre 1428 Post Alley Seattle 98101 Maximum Students: 16 Cost: $285 ($297.13 including booking fees) Prerequisite: Improv Improv 100, 200, 300, and 400 Age: 18 and above **Cancellation policy: If you must cancel before the first class, we offer credit only towards a future class. Those Divas changed our society, captivated nationally diverse audiences and thrilled us all. The Divas dominated the airwaves of the 70s and 80s with hundreds of hits songs and superstar female artists. The Diva Show’s mission is to thrill audiences with a musical celebration of the music’s rhythm and beauty. To recapture the feelings we all associate with these legendary songs and the female artists that made them classics. Expect to hear smash hits by Donna Summer, Whitney Houston, Madonna, Diana Ross, Gloria Estefan, Cyndi Lauper, Barbra Streisand, the Weather Girls, Chaka Kahn, Blondie and many, many more!

Join us for a night of comedy, when we open our doors to guests with a few laughs, an extensive beer list, and amazing eats from the Walrus kitchen. As we are typically closed on Tuesdays, this special event requires tickets to attend. Dinner at 6:30pm, Show starts at 7:30pm Featuring: Mike Brown Currently seen on Full Frontal with Samantha Bee on TBS, with stints on NBC, MTV, Comedy Central, Adult Swim, E!, SIRIUS XM, Jimmy Kimmel Live! Imfamous podcast guest on Keith and the Girl, The Black Guy Who Tips, and The Hilarious World of Depression. Currently Mike Brown can be seen on Full Frontal with Samantha Bee on TBS , working on his upcoming debut stand up album or sharpening his acting skills with veteran Joan Rosenfels. John Minus Seen at the Broadway Comedy Club, the Stand-Up 360 festival, at Comix at Foxwoods, and at the Greenwich Comedy. Self-named misanthropist - usually in desperate need of sleep/medication/love. Gary Alexis Connecticut stand-up comic performing at clubs and colleges across the tristate.
