From handheld lights to Weapon Mounted Lights, our instructors will discuss the pros and cons of each choice. Once on the range, you'll engage in dryfire practice, honing your skills in deploying your chosen light while drawing your firearm, shooting, and navigating in the dark. Additional topics covered include reloading in low light, effective scanning techniques with your light, and many more. It's vital to note that this class is not suitable for beginners. With dynamic techniques being taught in the dark, participants must possess a deep understanding of their firearm, its operation, and their gear. Safety is paramount, and any violation of safety measures will result in immediate exclusion from live fire activities. However, observers are welcome to remain behind the shooting line. Tuition for this exceptional course is $150.00, with range fees of $30.00 payable directly to Gun Craft on the day of the class. To participate, you'll need to bring your flashlight, along with batteries or chargers. Weapon Mounted Lights are permitted, and a sturdy holster that retains its shape is required. Eye and ear protection, a ball cap, and suitable clothing are essential, along with a quality semi-automatic pistol or revolver. Micro or pocket pistols are also permitted, and a minimum of 200 rounds of ammunition is recommended. Don't forget to bring two magazines for semi-automatics, and wear enclosed shoes for safety.
