The bootcamp schedule includes four groups, each meeting on different days of the week at Theatre Deli on Leadenhall Street. The sessions take place from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM. Please note that Group 2 on Fridays is already sold out, so be sure to secure your spot soon.

Prepare yourself for a transformative experience with our in-person event, Boxing Fitness for Adults with or at risk of Type 2 Diabetes. This fantastic program, completely free of charge, is designed to empower adults who have or are at risk of Type 2 Diabetes to enhance their overall health and well-being through structured exercise centered around non-contact boxing or boxercise. Over the course of 24 weeks, our Boxing Fitness for Type 2 Diabetes Programme aims to motivate individuals of all ages to adopt and maintain active lifestyles, effectively combatting health issues such as heart disease, obesity, and the risk of Type 2 diabetes.
At the beginning of the program, participants will fill out a Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire (PAR-Q) to identify any existing health concerns and enable our coaches to assess individual goals for the program. Phase 1 of the program focuses on developing boxing skills alongside fitness, endurance, and core strength. In Phase 2, participants will evaluate and set new goals, which will be monitored through self-assessments and peer reviews in the latter weeks of the program.
Upon completion of the program, participants will be directed to additional opportunities to maintain active lifestyles, including local gyms and boxing clubs. We anticipate that this program will lead to improvements in fitness levels, mental health and well-being, as well as blood glucose control for those with and at risk of Type 2 diabetes. This event is proudly sponsored by the Greenwich Get Active Small Grants Fund.

Set on an airplane, it delves into the impact of the current political climate and social care system on the lives of these individuals. Tickets for the performance can be purchased at the door, with standard tickets priced at £10 and concessions available for £8 (including disabled persons, students, individuals under 18, and senior citizens).
