Starting at Solstice Bike Works in Terra Linda, riders will gather at 8:45am for a 9am roll time. The journey begins with a climb to Big Rock on Lucas Valley Road, followed by a descent to Nicasio Valley Road. From there, we'll continue on Sir Francis Drake to Olema, where we'll regroup. As we head north through Point Reyes Station and up Hwy 1, prepare to be captivated by the stunning scenery. Our next challenge awaits on Marshall Road, where we will conquer the infamous Marshall Wall before descending to Pt Reyes-Petaluma Road. After regrouping, we'll make our way back to Nicasio Valley Road and Lucas Valley Road, completing the loop by conquering Big Rock once more. This epic ride covers a distance of 70.3 miles, with a total elevation gain of 4,616 feet. The estimated ride time is 5 hours, offering an exhilarating and unforgettable cycling experience. Please note that a properly functioning road bike and helmet are required for this ride, and we highly recommend clipless pedals for optimal performance.
