The 5 Day Handstand Practice Intensive is the perfect opportunity to begin or enhance your handstand skills. Consistency is key when it comes to improving handstands, and this intensive is designed to help you overcome any barriers holding you back. Whether you are a beginner or already proficient in handstands, this program is suitable for all levels. With 90-minute small group classes, you will receive personal supervision and guidance to help you reach your goals. The classes will cover a range of exercises including wall work, partner work, free balancing, strength and conditioning, and flexibility training specifically tailored to handstands. Beginners will learn basic handstand techniques, how to overcome the fear of falling, and dynamic shape transitions. Intermediate and advanced students will focus on advanced drills, gaze shifting, one arm handstands, press handstands, hollowback handstands, and handstand push ups. Anyone can join this intensive, regardless of prior experience. Please note that the intensive runs from 7AM-8:30AM, Monday to Friday. Single day sign-ups are not available. The cost for all 5 sessions is $150 +Tax. Payments can be made via e-transfer, cash, or credit card.
