Learn the basics with us on Sundays! This four-week course is structured to help you develop basic ceramic hand-building skills and to bring your ideas to fruition. We will cover hand-building techniques such as coil, pinch, slab, and template creation. This course will focus on creating functional and decorative work. Pieces will be created with one type of clay, and decorated with coloured underglazes on the last week. January 5, 2025- Week One: Intro to Pinch Pots January 12, 2025- Week Two: Intro to Coil Building January 19, 2025- Week Three: Intro to Slab Building January 26, 2025- Week Four: Intro to Underglaze Decoration (PLEASE NOTE: Week 4 will be three hours long (1-4 pm) to allow time to paint and finish your work.) Your pieces will be glazed and fired after course completion.

I was here for a short visit. It was a nice site to see, and the area is very walkable. For a small fee, you can go up the tower to enjoy the magnificient views of Calgary. But even if you don&rsquo;t go up, the surrounding area is filled with shops and reataurants you can enjoy.

Calgary is a beautiful city. This is a city park. Princes Island Park has a rich natural scenery. The park is full of various green beauty plants and flowers. It is quite comfortable in the evening. The whole area is also good.

The Park has an assortment ofactivities, rides, food, civic museums, and heritage architecture emphasizing the cultural significance of early Prairie settlement/life.It&#39;s like taking a step back in time, and it&#39;s worthevery dollar. 11/10 do recommend.

This is the venue for the 15th Winter Olympics in 1988, and it is still a good place for ice and snow. It retains the flag of the countries that participated at the time, so the flag of the former Soviet Union can still be seen flying in the wind.

it&#39;s a nice place to visit not only for kids but for adults who love animals as well. i went here alone, and it was nice to have a walk and see the animals at the same time. sadly,the pandas are gone, but i got to see them before they&#39;re gone.
