This FREE empowerment event is the last stop on Kelsey Lensman's Mission48 journey, where she will complete 48 fitness competitions in 48 states in 48 days. The event will take place at a venue in Ohio, with the exact location to be announced. Participants of all ages and fitness levels are welcome to join Kelsey and the Canton/Columbus community for a memorable day of workouts. The event will start at 12pm EST, with warm-ups and an explanation of the workout beforehand. The workout details are to be determined, but will include activities such as max strict pull-ups, push-ups, sit-ups, deadlifts, bench presses, and squats. For those who are looking for a more scalable option, there will be intermediate options available. These options will include a 400m walk/jog, banded pull-ups, incline push-ups, crunches, and scaled versions of the deadlifts, bench presses, and squats.
