Join Linda Carrier, a talented artist from Westhampton, at the Mill District Local Art Gallery in Amherst on November 5, 2023, for an exciting event called "Intro to Wire Wrapping with Linda Carrier: Pendants!" In this workshop, participants will have the opportunity to create their own unique wearable art jewelry by making intricate copper wire-wrapped pendants.
During the three-hour session from 12 pm to 3 pm, Linda Carrier will guide each participant in the creation of their pendant. All necessary materials including a choice of stone, copper wire, tools, and a necklace cord will be provided. Linda will not only explain the tools being used but also provide step-by-step instructions and support to ensure that everyone can craft their own stunning wire-wrapped pendant. Please note that due to the use of sharp tools, this workshop is only open to participants aged 16 and above. The class size is limited to eight spots, so be sure to reserve your place early!
