We are celebrating the launch of our first collaborative jewellery line, hosted in one of Reading's most popular tattoo studios (Long Story Short). Two exciting live music sets. Art in the Garden 2024 Our yearly celebration of art and outdoors has a new venue. This year Art in the Garden will be at 15a Caversham Rd. Wander the expansive gardens and admire the diverse primarily outdoor art created by local artists. A wide variety of locally made art will be available to purchase. Why not pick up some garden to go with the garden art? A wide range of plants will be available. Raku firing. Whanganui Potters Studio will have their fundraising raku firings where you can purchase and glaze a piece of bisque fired pottery. Club members will demonstrate pottery techniques such as wheel throwing and slab building. Make n Bake: Kids (and adults) can try their hand making clay creations. These will be fired for free by the club, and can be picked up after the event. Free admission. Waltz on in without a care in the world. But please leave your dogs at home. Sorry, we know it's rough. Art in the Garden will go ahead rain or shine, but fingers crossed for good weather.
