Beginner friendly still life drawing classes for adults held Monthly. Every first Wednesday and first Saturday of the month at Tutts Barn, Tutts Barn Lane, Eastbourne, BN22 8XP Looking to try and squeeze in more time to do something creative?Come be inspired by everyday day objects! Working from a different still-life arrangement each month, styled to be filled with interesting shapes and textures, you will learn mark-making and drawing techniques, have fun in a friendly and relaxed environment experimenting with different mediums all while improving your observation skills. I'll be in hand to offer gentle guidance if needed and help you create an amazing piece of artwork.Unsure about your artistic abilities?Whether you are a complete beginner looking to try something new, looking to do something mindful and get into a creative flow or an artist trying to find more time for your creative practice, join my warm and welcoming still life art sessions. No experience is necessary I believe anyone can draw, and anyone can create. I'm teaming up with the lovely folks at Ann's Flowers, Beans and Buds to host a Festive botanical drawing workshop. Working from beautiful Christmassy floral arrangements and using a variety of graphite pencils and fine liner pens you will learn drawing and mark-making techniques, practice drawing common flower petal shapes and create your own botanical drawing. Enjoy the process of taking time out for yourself during silly season to slow down and observe the small details The workshop is suitable for all abilities, and I'll be on hand to offer guidance and support throughout. Priced at £20 per person, art materials are included. There is free on-street parking near by.
