This is my personal workout hour, and you're invited to train with me | 1102 Baltimore Pike
Feb 2, 2025 (UTC-5)
Baltimore
I have worked out at this time for many years. My previous training partner was my old best friend. After 9 years of training together, I continued to grow and win, and he wanted to continue to complain and stay in his predetermined life lane . Ultimately, he simply walked away from training. So his loss is your gain. I workout regardless. Progress always in all ways. I am at my gym every Sunday at 7am. You can follow my workout exactly, or simply use me as a bounce off board and utilize the private gym. The studio has a squat rack, bench, pullup and dip machine, and over 20 MedX and original chain driven Nautilus machines.
