But his story is far from over. Join the Union League Club of Chicago’s Administration of Justice Subcommittee and the Chicago Bar Association for an engaging and thought-provoking conversation on justice, redemption, and reform. This panel discussion will examine Ronnie Carrasquillo’s extraordinary journey—from a shocking 200-to-600-year sentence to his eventual release and pursuit of a second chance. Ronnie’s fight for freedom is the subject of the new documentary “In Their Hands”, airing on WTTW (11.1) on Friday, December 27, at 9:00 pm, and streaming at PBS.org (pbs.org/show/in-their-hands) and on the PBS app from December 27 through the end of January.
