On the first day, participants will undergo the Parkour Competence Assessment, which includes 15 exercise areas to demonstrate competence in the foundation movement skills of parkour. A passing score of 90% is required for this assessment. The second day includes a written assessment covering fundamental parkour, coaching, and best practice knowledge. Participants must achieve a score of 90% to pass. In addition, participants will be required to plan and deliver a 25-50 minute simulated coaching session, demonstrating effective coaching. A passing score of 90% is needed for this practical assessment. There is also an optional live coaching assessment, where participants may be asked to teach a live parkour session under observation by an assessor.
