You will need to wear something on your feet - wet suit boots/beach shoes or trainers you don't mind getting wet are ideal. Kit If you require kit - boat, paddle, spraydeck, helmet and buoyancy aid then we can provide it for you. We ask that all paddlers wear a helmet for their own safety.
