Gain a deeper understanding of bike maintenance and build the confidence to take care of your bike between services with the 4 Week Bike Maintenance Course. This comprehensive course, consisting of four 2-hour workshops, will equip you with the essential skills you need to maintain your bike effectively. Led by our experienced bike mechanic, each session will be fully hands-on, allowing you to learn by working on your own bike. By the end of the course, you'll have a greater understanding of your bike's mechanics and the ability to carry out maintenance tasks independently.

During the course, we'll cover a range of topics, including bike care, safety checks, repairing punctures, brake maintenance, drivetrain maintenance, and bearing adjustment. The workshops will provide you with the knowledge and techniques to perform tasks such as changing brake pads and cables, replacing chains, indexing gears, and adjusting bearings. The course will take place on Wednesdays the 15th, 22nd, and 29th of November, and Wednesday the 6th of December at the An Drochaid venue in Fort William.
