Forever Young Fit & Good Active invite you to a Sunday morning of movement for the greater good. We will be collecting donated goods & supplies for underserved communities across LA just in time for the holidays. Join us for a 1 hour, beginner-friendly, full-body workout led by fitness trainer, Hallie Young, followed by light bites & community time! Bringing an item to donate is optional, but highly encouraged as 100% of items collected will be hand delivered and split between The Downtown Women’s Center and The Los Angeles Mission.
