This is a 1-day Competition. This is a USAW sanctioned Olympic Weightlifting Meet. Nashville Weightlifting is proud to host the 2025 Nashville Weightlifting New Year Open. So, for all our friends new to weightlifting, that means 2 lifts: Snatch and Clean & Jerk. 3 attempts at each lift. We will have early bird registration prices ($75) until 11/17, regular registration ($100) until 12/22, and late registration ($125) until 1/5.
