Attention Seniors! Join Heart Comonos every Monday and Wednesday morning for our FREE senior's fitness classes, suitable for those aged 55+. These classes are perfect for seniors who are looking to get out of the house, move their body and maybe even make some new friends. Mondays classes are a variety of general fitness exercises - strength, stretching, mobility, etc. For the months of January 2025 and February 2025, Wednesday classes will be focused on Fall Prevention and Balance, instructed by Diane Spence. Chair Yoga on Wednesdays will resume in March 2025.
