Andandi Flamenco Group promises a thrilling show. Not to be missed! Star flamenco dancer Federico Núñez joins guitarist Ramón Ruíz, singer Carlos Lobo and cajón player Seb Ruíz. A major flamenco show to mark the 40th Anniversary of Peña Flamenca de Londres. Federico Núñez is a young flamenco dancer in huge demand in Spain and a member of the prestigious Ballet Flamenco de Andalucía. He also works with the Úrsula López company, and appeared in the acclaimed Comedia Sin Título show at the Seville Flamenco Bienal festival this year. He previously played the part of Antonio in 100th anniversary show dedicated to the great flamenco dance legend. Federico started his career in his native Argentina and since arriving in Spain he has been part of many major dance companies such as those of Israel and Pastora Galván. He is based in Seville where he been featured artist at Torres Macarena and other major flamenco tablao venues. He represented Spain in the cultural Expo in Dubai and has toured the world with various flamenco groups. Ramón Ruíz is UK’s leading flamenco guitarist. Born in Granada and trained in Los Gallos, Seville’s renowned flamenco tablao, alongside a generation of world famous flamenco artists. He is a regular guest on BBC Radio 3 and at top UK venues. Ramón recently recorded his third album Calle Lunga in Abbey Road Studio with his own original compositions and arrangements. Andandi Flamenco takes it's name from one of Ramón's tracks on his superb Flamenco Havana CD. Carlos Lobo is a flamenco singer based in Seville. He was educated in Chile, France and Spain and also teaches flamenco cante. Carlos has toured widely with many flamenco groups, including Canada, France and the UK. Sebastián Ruíz is a young flamenco percussionist who has appeared at the Castanights at Jazz Cafe and many other major venues. Andandi Flamenco takes its name from a track on Ramón’s Flamenco Havana CD - it's colloquial Sevillian for getting up and going for a walk or…a dance!
