Transform your training with guided movement and breathwork to hit your PBs, recover faster, reduce injury, and find calm. Join Breathwork Therapist and Somatic Coach, Rachel Bednarski, to optimise your fitness, recovery, and inner calm using your breath. This is for you if: You’re hitting plateaus in your training, are finding it hard to recover between workouts, have exercise-induced asthma, keep getting niggles and injuries, want to reduce mental stress, reduce how often you’re gassing out during a workout, improve your HRV and resting heart rate, or just want to optimise your fitness and transform your training with one of the most underutilised and most accessible tools: your breath! What to expect: Each session will incorporate bodyweight movement so you learn how to pair your breathing with exercise and can apply it during your WODs and workouts. We will start and end each session with yoga-style stretching to open your breathing muscles (which is pretty much your whole body!) and guided breathwork practice for different including to regulate your nervous system, to reduce anxiety, to improve sleep, to speed up recovery, to conjure inspiration, to boost your energy, and to find calm. All levels welcome. £8 for members of Crossfit1066 I can't wait to breathe with you. Rachel x
