PACT's Carols at the Minster, a Christmas celebration for all the family, will be held on December 1st, 2023, at the beautiful Reading Minster of St. Mary the Virgin in Reading. This annual carol concert promises to be a fun and family-friendly evening, perfect for starting off the festive season. Children are encouraged to dress up for the occasion, adding to the excitement. The event will kick off with refreshments available from 6.30pm, followed by the concert at 7.00pm.
But that's not all! Before the carols begin, attendees will have the unique opportunity to meet the beloved characters from Frozen - ice queen Elsa, princess Anna, and their friend Olaf. Capture the moment with a photo alongside these enchanting characters. Light refreshments and delectable cakes will be served before and after the concert, ensuring a delightful experience for all.
The evening will be filled with festive performances by local groups, including the Universal Voices Children's Community Choir, Reading Rock Choir, and Readiophonics. Adding to the merriment, Dan Simpson, the popular TV presenter of Fun Kids Weekly, will be the compere for the event, ensuring a jolly and entertaining atmosphere.
