Join The LAB and The Cambridge Calligrapher for a workshop dedicated to modern calligraphy with a Spring Theme led by Su - The Cambridge Calligrapher. This event is tailored for beginners, offering an introduction to dip pens, nibs, and basic strokes. Participants will progress to forming letters, joining them, and ultimately creating words in a modern calligraphy style. With a small group setting, attendees will receive personalized attention and guidance to craft their own posters, cards, or gift tags. Following the instructional portion, guests will have the opportunity to apply their newfound skills using calligraphy ink, embellishments, and gold foil. Materials, including a starter kit, nib, nib holder, and ink, will be provided for you to take home and continue practicing. The workshop will take place at The LAB on Regent Street in Cambridge, UK.
