There are a lot of collections here, if you want to look good, it takes a day or two. The museum is right next to Central Park, and two places can also be arranged to visit in a day, half a day in the park, half a day in the museum.

Super easy to navigate from metro to ferry through the park. Helpful and friendly staff when you wanted them, not in your face like other tourist attractions which was such a respite. The island was very calm, good cafe, gift shop and views for days. My one criticism would be the painfully juvenile audio tour recoding (brother and sister). I had to stop listening as it was far too cringey!

The massive Christmas tree sparkled with thousands of lights, creating a festive atmosphere, and the ice-skating rink below was bustling with skaters, laughter, and holiday cheer. I took the elevator up to the Top of the Rock, and the views were breathtaking&mdash;Central Park stretched out to the north, while the Empire State Building gleamed to the south.
