Tickets for performers are not required. Tickets are required for all guests ages 6+. Please purchae one ticket per guest. Please note that NO REFUNDS will be given if you cancel. All performers and guests are expected to dress in semi-formal wear, and to stay for the entirety of the show to support all our fellow students. All students must attend with at least one parent/guardian. Students are required to arrive 30 minutes before showtime to ensure proper preparation. Guests may not be allowed entry after show time. A friendly reminder that all performing students/families have agreed to the policies below: Students are required to dress in the following: Party Dresses, Dress Pants/Skirts, Blouse, Ballet Style Flats or Heels, Accessories Dress pants, Dark slacks (no cargo pants/jeans/sweatpants/shorts), buttoned up polo shirt, dress shirt, leather/pleather shoes NO shoes with white soles, runners, sport shoes, sneakers, or flip flops, Uggs or Toms. If you are unsure, please email us at simusiquestudio@gmail.com All students must attend the event with at least one parent or guardian. All students must arrive 30 minutes before their performance start time. Parents, guests and students are required to stay for the full event. I understand that my child may be selected to be in a duet or trio based on their playing level and to add variety to the program. The West Coast Showcase Camp provides all players with an opportunity to demonstrate their talents/skills in highly competitive situations for the college coaches working at and in attendance at the event This event will be coordinated by Gerry Freitas, author of The Hoop Review Scouting Report — to which close to 200 college coaching staffs subscribe. In addition to his work as a highly respected talent evaluator, Coach Freitas has 21 years of collegiate coaching experience – 11 years at the NCAA Division II and NAIA Level. 4 years NAIA Head Coach, 7 years as a NCAA Division I Assistant Coach including stints at USC, Colorado, St. Mary’s and UC Davis. The Hoop Review Scouting Service will provide a report on the event to over 200+ college coaches and various internet sites. What Sets The West Coast Showcase Apart? The West Coast Showcase offers you an opportunity to play for and in front of College Coaches. Players are also able to participate in high-level instruction led by 20 year + year College coaching veteran Gerry Freitas. The combination of coaching and size and reputation of the Hoop Review’s recruiting service are unmatched anywhere else in British Columbia. R oyals academy: Participation in youth or adult team sports and tournaments (“Activities”) carries risks, including the risk of injury, chronic injury, illness, property loss or even death (“Risks”). Welcome to Westcoast Bound 2025, taking place in Coquitlam at the Executive Plaza Hotel & Conference Centre from January 10 to 12, 2025. Attendees can secure their tickets starting from May 1, 2024, at 12:00 PM. For those needing to cancel their attendance, refunds will be issued at 75% until October 31, 2024, and at 50% until December 31, 2024. Transfers are allowed until the end of December 31, 2024. Please note that no refunds or transfers will be accommodated after this date. Royals Academy: Douglas Men’s Volleyball Presents: The Royals Rumble 2025 Join us for the Royals Academy: The Royals Rumble 2025! Presented by Douglas College Men's Volleyball, this in-person event will take place at the Douglas College Coquitlam Campus in Coquitlam, BC, Canada. The Royals Rumble (Held from January 31 - February 2). - Douglas Coquitlam Campus Tournament timetable: Friday, January 31: 4 PM-10 PM Saturday, February 1: 8 AM-10 PM Sunday, February 2: 8 AM -6 PM * Registration is limited as you must have received an invite to attend - for any further inquiries, please contact Men's Volleyball Head Coach, Jeff Ross, at rossj6@douglascollege.ca Participation in youth or adult team sports and tournaments (“Activities”) carries risks, including the risk of injury, chronic injury, illness, property loss or even death (“Risks”). Such Risks may arise from causes that are known or unknown. Douglas Colleges makes no representations or warranties to teams and players regarding any safety or other risks associated with participation in the Activities, and does not accept responsibility or liability for the Risks. All participation in the Activities is voluntary and players who choose to participate do so at their own risk and through their participation voluntarily agree to assume these risks.
