Based on Mount Wutai’s Buddhist stories and etiquette rules, the Encore Mount Wutai Drama aims to interpret a day, a year, a lifetime and a thought through various and ever-changing scenes. The "Encore Mount Wutai" theater was built based on the mountain's shape. It seems like an unfolding volume of scriptures. Before entering the theater, the audience must walk through long volumes of carved scriptures that are arrayed in high and low locations. Entering the theater, you meet many people who appear to be living in your life. The theater tells how Buddhism integrates into people's lives in Mount Wutai, recounting stories about life rather than just about Buddhism.
