Lamont Mat Pilates Nov 12 Come join us for a fun and energizing Mat Pilates class on Tuesday, November 12th at the Lamont Meeting Room, from 6-7pm! Whether you're a beginner or a seasoned pro, this in-person event is perfect for anyone looking to improve their strength, flexibility, and overall well-being. Danica Schultz, a 14 yr Personal Trainer, Group Fitness Trainer, and Pilates instructor based out of Fort Sask Fitness, will guide you through a series of exercises designed to tone your muscles and improve your posture. Don't miss out on this opportunity to take your fitness to the next level!
Please arrive 5-10 minutes prior to class start time, bring your yoga mat and water bottle. This is a shoeless workout, so bare feet or socks. Facility door locks at 6pm when class begins, late comers will not be admitted as to not intrupt the class in progress. Who can do this class? Anyone age 16+, male/female, yount or old, experienced, or new, Pilates is for all bodies! Next Class Date: Monday, December 2nd 6-7pm Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable to other dates. In the rare event that the organizer needs to cancel, a make up class/date will be arranged in replacement.
