He has been seen in commercials for McDonald's, Moore's Clothing for Men, Great Wolf Lodge, and commercials for the US Nexus card seen in airports across Canada. He's been featured on TV shows for Investigation Discovery's Fatal Vows and Inheriting Trouble, and Kalam Al Nas (Gossip), a show which airs in Saudi Arabia. Andrew has also been featured in shorts for the Montreal comedy troupe, Kidnapper Films, in the short Shark Boy which debuted at the Just for Laughs Comedia Festival, and Didier Theo's Remove which was featured at the Los Angles Film Festival, India Film Festival, and screened at the Cannes Film Festival. Andrew Searles is also an accomplished Stand-up Comedian, who has performed at comedy clubs across Canada, and regularly performs in the United States at clubs in Los Angeles and Las Vegas. He's made festival appearances at the Calgary Folk Festival, the Natal Day Comedy Gala in Halifax, the Palm Springs Comedy Festival, and the Burbank Comedy Festival. Come celebrate your family, freinds and community members as they particiapte in the first ever Sashay & Slay Showcase featuring dance and drag performances.Sashay & Slay is a 10 week dance series instructed by Sasha Tease through the City of Kitchener. The program is designed to teach queer folks, with an interest in drag, the basic principles of performance and to help them become more comfortable with the dance elements of drag. The participants have learned 3 choreographed groups numbers that they are excited to perform for you. Some participants are eager for more opportunities to perform, so expect some solo numbers as well! Hosted by Sasha Tease. Free to attend. Open to all ages. Doors open at 6:30. With his surreal observations and quick one-liners, Ernie has been entertaining audiences since 2008 starting at the world-famous Yuk Yuk’s comedy club in Toronto. Since then, he has performed in clubs such as Absolute Comedy, The Second City, Montreal’s Comedy Nest, and most recently performing at comedy clubs in the United States such as Los Angeles, Sacramento, and New York City.
