Hosted by Ken Jones This new show is downstairs at Franco Manca restaurant in Chichester from 7:00pm. to 10:00pm. The cabaret style show features Seven performers, giving Seven performances each of Seven minutes’ duration. Performances will span the whole range of Performance Art including Music, Dance, Drama, Comedy, Improv, Spoken Word and more. There will be breaks in between each performance and time to mingle, socialise and connect. Franco Manca will have their menu of Pasta, Pizza and Grilled food available for ordering and their bar will be open. Relaxing and Restorative Sound / Gong Bath @ The Guildhall in Chichester Come join us for a magical Sound / Gong bath at the beautiful Guildhall in Chichester. Let the soothing sounds wash over you as we return on the last day in November / December's Eve, before the festivities get into full swing. With The Guildhall being so close to the town centre, this could be the perfect way to wind down after a busy day of festive shopping or use it as an excuse to meet up with friends. Don't worrry if you haven't been to a sound / gong bath before, this will be a great place to start and what an incredible venue too. All you need to do is make yourself comfortable on the floor or on a chair, we will take care of the rest. We will begin the session with some simple breathing techniques to prepare for the sounds of the instruments and end with refreshments and homemade mince pies. Wear warm, comfortable clothes and please bring the following: Blankets / to keep you cosy - and extra to keep you warm.Yoga mat / camping mat or similar to lay onPillow for your headOptional: Fluffy socksHot water bottleEye maskWater to drink afterwardsDue to the nature of the building, the stone floor is very hard and may be dusty so please bear that in mind and you may wish to bring extra blankets. Although there are heaters, depending on the weather, this may be much cooler than the previous sessions here so bear that in mind. Please arrive 10 minutes early to find a space and get settled. We are unable to admit people who arrive late as it would disturb the session. If you are unable to make it, please let me know wherever possible.
