The 1 day MagicQ training course is a comprehensive program that covers the use of all MagicQ product ranges, including our range of PC Wings and MagicQ consoles. This course is designed for individuals who are starting out with MagicQ, but experienced users can also benefit from picking up new tips and tricks. It covers various aspects such as starting new shows from scratch, layouts, patching, recording and editing cues, cue lists and chases, and FX programming. During the training, participants will have the opportunity to use ChamSys MagicVis for visualization, with two people per console.
The course starts at 10:00 and ends at 16:00. The cost of the course is £41.67 (+ VAT £50), which includes a MagicQ Basic DMX dongle, ChamSys USB key, training guide, and lunch. If you book both the basic and intermediate training courses for two consecutive days, you will receive a MagicDMX FULL dongle instead of the MagicDMX Basic, which is worth £70!
Please note that we require up to 48 hours notice for any cancellations in order to receive a refund. Refund fees will be free of charge if the cancellation is made up to 7 days before the event. However, if less than 7 days notice is given, fees will be deducted from the refund amount. The 1 day Intermediate Training Course is a comprehensive program designed to enhance the skills and knowledge of existing MagicQ users. This course is perfect for those who want to expand their understanding of MagicQ and explore the latest features it has to offer. Participants will delve into advanced aspects such as pixel mapping, advanced patching, timeline scheduled events, timecode, execute window, and group FX.
This course is specifically tailored for individuals with prior experience in a show environment using MagicQ. To ensure a conducive learning environment, training is structured for two people per console, utilizing ChamSys MagicVis for visualization.
The cost of the course is £41.67 (+ VAT £50) and includes a MagicQ Basic DMX dongle, ChamSys USB key, training guide, and lunch. The training session will run from 10:00 to 16:00.
As for cancellations, we require at least 48 hours notice for refunds. Cancellations made within this period will not be eligible for a refund. Refund fees will be waived if cancellation is made up to 7 days before the event. However, if cancellation occurs with less than 7 days notice, fees will be deducted from the refund amount.
For individuals attending both the basic and intermediate training courses consecutively, a complimentary MagicDMX FULL dongle (worth £70!) will be provided instead of the MagicDMX Basic dongle.
