Craft of Wellbeing: Craft that Cares Block 3 on 01/03/2024 is a therapeutic session that aims to introduce individuals to the various craft-related processes. This session, led by artist Jude Wood, will take place at the Ruthin Craft Centre Education Room in Ruthin, LL15 1BB. It is one of several sessions available and all of them are free to attend. However, spaces are limited, so booking in advance is highly recommended. These inspired therapeutic sessions provide an opportunity to relax the mind and reconnect with oneself through the art of making. No prior experience is necessary, as all materials and equipment will be provided. Each session is designed to link to the next, so attending more than three sessions is recommended.
