Using basic toner-based photocopies or print outs you can use a similar approach to quickly play around with this versatile image making technique.
You will be introduced to fast, exciting ways of reproducing and manipulating imagery using layers of colour to create a series of works on paper. No prior experience necessary, and all materials will be provided.

The Zoo Story | The Old Hairdresser's
Jan 29, 2025 (UTC+0)
Glasgow
The Zoo Story Peter’s a nice guy. He’s quiet, polite and affable. Inoffensive. On Sundays, he takes a walk through the park. He visits his favourite bench. He sits, he reads, he smokes his pipe. For one small moment each week, he is content. Today, however, he is disturbed by a stranger named Jerry. Their coming together is, to Jerry's mind, an opportunity. A singular chance at something intimate, powerful and entirely irreversible. Edward Albee’s The Zoo Story is a potent analysis of American capitalism and urban loneliness. It remains as blisteringly relevant today as it was when first published. Wednesday 29th January 2025 @ The Old Hairdresser's, Renfield Lane; Doors 19:00, show starts 19:30 Cast Jerry: Logan Rodgers Peter: Joseph Lynch Crew Director/Producer: Nathan Harris Assistant Director: Eve Miller Production Manager/Technician: Mia Rinaldi Publicist/Photographer: Sophie Gattis Content Warnings Strong language, sexual content, references to homophobia. This amateur production of “The Zoo Story” is presented by arrangement with Concord
Theatricals Ltd. on behalf of Samuel French Ltd. www.concordtheatricals.co.uk
