As an iconic figure in the golden age of Chinese music and a legendary singer in Chinese music, Alan Tam has been active in the music scene for more than 40 years, released more than 150 albums, and has written more than 100 songs. In 2023, the "Alan Tam Classic Legend Tour" kicked off, once again setting off a wave of nostalgia for pop music.
The last "Alan Tam's Galaxy Years 40 Years Concert" presented Alan Tam's 40-year performing career with the theme of "Spring, Summer, Autumn and Winter". From 2015 to 2019, the stage performances in each city were extremely wonderful and deeply loved and supported by fans.
After a four-year absence, Alan Tam once again met with fans face to face in the "Alan Tam Classic Legend Tour" to enjoy the joy and shock brought by music together. This concert is themed "Classic Legend" to showcase the legendary story of Alan Tam's music, and to connect the youthful memories of the majority of music fans with melody. As the king on the stage, he once again interprets the classics with his unique voice, bringing a different live experience to music fans.
Alan Tam has repeatedly created platinum record sales as early as the Wynners era. In 1984, Alan Tam had 10 songs in the 40-song selection of the Top Ten Golden Songs held by Hong Kong TVB, and won many awards in the Hong Kong music scene at the end of the year.
The three albums "Love in the Mist", "The Root of Love" and "Love Trap" released between early 1984 and early 1985 are known as the "Love Trilogy". The music eliminates the slang of previous Cantonese pop songs, thus creating a beautiful, delicate and romantic style of lyrics and music in a more refined and popular way, and also defines the direction of Hong Kong pop music from the height of the model.
