In this session, we'll delve into the unique mental health challenges women face amidst today's political climate and the daily stressors that come with it. Tracy A. Long, MS, LPC, NCC, BC-TMH, EMDR Provider
Tracy A. Long is a nationally certified psychotherapist, EMDR provider, and mindfulness meditation coach dedicated to transforming the mental health experience for high-achieving Black men over 30. As the founder and CEO of Shades of Resilience Counseling, an online therapy practice based in Austin, Texas, Tracy specializes in helping Black men navigate the pressures of success, break cycles of burnout, and reclaim their emotional well-being, without shame or stigma.
With over 15 years of experience in higher education and clinical counseling, Tracy brings a culturally attuned, goal-oriented approach to therapy that honors both resilience and vulnerability. Her practice is rooted in the belief that mental wellness is not a luxury, but a legacy—and that healing becomes possible when clients are met with authenticity, compassion, and strategy.

Vicki Merriwether is a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate and Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor with over 20 years of counseling experience.
