2024 Trek Retreat Demo Weekend at Horns Hill | Horns Hill Park
Oct 19–Oct 20, 2024 (UTC-5)ENDED
Newark
The 2024 Trek Retreat Demo Weekend at Horns Hill in Newark, Ohio is set to be a thrilling event for outdoor enthusiasts. From October 19th to October 20th, attendees can expect a packed schedule of activities, including demos, free shuttles, jump contests, party laps, a Dual Slalom & Enduro Race, vendors, food trucks, and more. Taking place at Horns Hill Park, located at 1250 Horns Hill Road Northeast, this weekend is sure to be a hit with the mountain biking community.
To make the most of the event, RSVPing and obtaining a ticket is essential. The ticket serves three purposes: first, RSVP-ing ensures that attendees have completed the necessary demo bike waiver, allowing them to reserve their demo slot promptly each morning during registration. Second, the ticket provides the organizers with a headcount, helping them to prepare enough gear and food for everyone. Finally, knowing the headcount in advance allows for seamless organization, ensuring an unforgettable weekend for all participants.
Throughout the weekend, various activities are planned to keep the excitement alive. On Saturday, the Trek staff will be dressed in Halloween costumes, with prizes awarded for the spookiest, most fun, and most outlandish outfits. Camping is also encouraged and available free of charge on a first-come, first-served basis. Additionally, vendors will be present at the top of the hill, offering swag, bike knowledge, freebies, and more.
A few important details to note: for those under 18 looking to reserve a demo bike, an adult must be present at the Trek Registration Tent. Furthermore, IDs will be required to reserve a demo bike, which will be held by the organizers during the ride and returned upon drop-off.
For any further inquiries regarding this event, please reach out to marissa_mansfield@trekbikes.com.
