Welcome to our immersive ceramics workshop, hosted by Carly Breame Ceramics at Project Colt. This session is designed to introduce adults (ages 18 and up) to the basics of working with clay and creating their very own ceramic masterpieces. In this 2.5-hour session, you will be guided through wheel throwing and hand-building techniques. During the session, you’ll have the opportunity to create two pieces, which we will fire and glaze for you. Your finished pieces will be ready for collection a few weeks later. These workshops aim to engage the community, fostering a sense of togetherness and shared creativity. Whether you’re a complete beginner or looking to refine your skills, this workshop is perfect for anyone interested in the art of ceramics. These workshops are generously funded by Project Colt and the National Lottery, making art accessible to all.
