Former Governor Nathan Deal reads his picture book Veto the Governor's Cat. He was sworn in as governor of Georgia on January 10, 2011, and was sworn in for his second term on January 12, 2015. Nathan attended Mercer University and received his law degree from the Walter F. George School of Law in Macon before serving as an officer in the U.S. Army. He is an active member of the First Baptist Church in Gainesville, where he has served as a deacon and a Sunday school teacher. This event will take place at our Starland location at 1921 Bull st.
