This activity will introduce new movements into your run while helping clean up our planet. Come join New York Road Runners on Friday, November 1 for a 2-mile plog shakeout. This year, we are excited to be joined by our inaugural NYRR Team for Climate: a group of dedicated runners who have committed to aiding NYRR on its journey toward Net Zero by helping to reduce the carbon footprint of the 2024 TCS New York City Marathon. Joining us will be special guests Ginger Zee (Chief Climate Correspondent) and Tina Muir (environmental advocate and former elite marathoner). This exciting, new route will start from the NYRR RUNCenter featuring the NB Run Hub and finish at the iconic 2024 TCS New York City Marathon Finish Line in Central Park.
